The sixth annual gathering of the Netroots Nation (formerly known as the YearlyKos Convention) is taking place June16-19 in Minneapolis, MN. This progressive conference will include panels led by national and international experts; identity, issue and regional caucuses; prominent political, issue and policy-oriented speakers; a progressive film screening series; and the most concentrated gathering of progressive bloggers to date.
As you may already know, I will be joined by two blogging scholarship recipients selected to attend this conference in hopes to gathers as much information to share with all of you.
The blogs from the next couple days will be must-reads. As the world becomes more reliant on social media as a catalyst for information dissemination, the tools and resources, insight and future direction that will be shared at this conference will help to shape and mold the work we all do and ways to better reach our target communities.
In addition to reading the blogs you can feel like you are in the front row of this amazing conference as they will be streaming all of the keynote sessions and several of the panel rooms live each day of the convention. Click here to view the line up of speakers and to view them live.
